The video editing platform invideo has integrated GPT-6 Astra to assist in creative post-production workflows. This update focuses on automating color correction and grading, allowing the software to perform these tasks three times faster than before. Creators can now rely on the model to plan edits with greater attention to technical detail.

The system also enables the production of 50 custom visual effects within a single day. This is intended to reduce the manual labor typically required for repetitive editing tasks. The update represents an effort to streamline the timeline management for professional video projects.

While the software now handles specific grading and effect creation, it does not replace the final oversight of a human editor. The company did not specify the limitations regarding the quality of these effects in complex or highly abstract creative scenarios.
