OpenAI is giving the government of Ukraine increased access to its Daybreak initiative. This program focuses on strengthening the protection of civilian infrastructure against digital threats.

The company announced the move to support local efforts in identifying and stopping cyberattacks. Daybreak was originally designed to assist with security tasks by applying artificial intelligence to large-scale data analysis.

This update does not grant the Ukrainian government access to all OpenAI products. The announcement only covers the specific tools provided under the Daybreak initiative for defensive purposes.
