Ringg announced that its automated agents successfully resolve up to 65 percent of customer interactions. The platform uses OpenAI technology to assist callers across voice, web chat, and WhatsApp channels.

By leveraging the GPT-5.6 model, the company reports significant operational savings. The new architecture costs 90 percent less to run than previous iterations based on GPT-4.1.

While the system automates a majority of common inquiries, the source documentation does not provide performance benchmarks for complex technical support or edge cases that require human intervention.
